White Rabbit ("we", "us") runs this site to let people who receive our text messages browse our drinks and buy them. This policy explains what we collect when you visit, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

When you open this page we create a random session identifier. It is a random value, not a name, and it is stored in your browser's session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab.

If you arrived from one of our text messages or a link we shared, the link may carry campaign labels — the source, the campaign name, and an identifier for the specific message send. We store those alongside the session so we can tell which message brought you here.

As you use the page we record what you did with it: pages viewed, products viewed, sizes selected, buttons tapped, items added to or removed from the cart, and when you start checkout. Each of these is stored against the random session identifier.

If you add something to your cart, we store the cart's identifier in your browser's local storage so the cart is still there if you come back later.

If you complete a purchase, our payment and order system sends us the order. That record includes what you bought, what you paid, and the contact and delivery details you gave at checkout, including your name, email address, postal address and telephone number where you provided them.

What we do not collect

We do not store your IP address or your browser's user-agent string.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Why we collect it

• To show you the page and keep your cart.
• To take and fulfil your order.
• To understand which messages and campaigns lead to purchases, so we send

fewer and better ones.

• To meet our legal obligations, including age restrictions and tax and

accounting records.

Who else is involved

Running this site means other companies handle some of this data on our behalf:

• Our online store and checkout provider, which processes your order and your

payment details. We never see or store your full card number.

• Our database and file storage provider, which holds the records described

above.

• Our website hosting provider, which serves this page to you.
• Our text-message provider, if you are subscribed to our messages.
• The store locator on this page, which is supplied by a third party. When you

search it, your search term and approximate location go to that provider so it can return nearby shops. If you never use the locator, nothing is sent.

Each of these acts on our instructions. We do not permit them to use your information for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Browsing and campaign records are kept while they are useful for measuring a campaign and are then deleted or aggregated. Order records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and consumer-protection law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to send you a copy. You can ask us to stop using it for measurement. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including those described in the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of them.

Text messages stop when you reply STOP to any message we send.

Clearing your browser's storage for this site removes the session and cart identifiers described above.

Age

This site is intended for people aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the effective date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so on this page.
