These terms govern your use of this site, which White Rabbit Energy ("White Rabbit", "we", "us") runs so that people who receive our text messages can browse our drinks and buy them. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who can use this site

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or buy anything through it. By using it you confirm that you are. We may cancel any order we reasonably believe was placed by someone under 21.

Our products

Our drinks are for adults. Read the label and ingredient panel before you drink one, and follow the serving guidance on it. Do not combine them with alcohol or other substances, and do not use them if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, without first speaking to a doctor.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Product images are representative. Packaging, colour and design can change between batches and may not match the picture exactly.

Prices and availability

Prices, stock and product details on this site come directly from our online store and can change without notice. We try to keep everything accurate, but mistakes happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price or described incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid, even after you have received an order confirmation.

Where a price is shown crossed out beside a lower one, the lower price is the one you will be charged. Sale prices last only as long as the sale does.

Placing an order

Adding something to your cart does not reserve it. Your order is placed when you complete checkout, and it is accepted when we confirm it — we may decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, resale, or an order we believe breaks these terms.

Checkout, payment, shipping, returns and refunds are handled by our online store and are governed by the terms and policies shown to you at checkout. Those govern your purchase where they differ from these.

Text messages

If you have agreed to receive text messages from us, that agreement was made when you signed up and is described in the terms you were shown then. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for help. Signing up is never a condition of buying anything.

Sweepstakes and promotions

Any sweepstakes, contest or promotion linked from this site is governed by its own official rules, which apply in addition to these terms. No purchase is necessary to enter any sweepstakes we run.

The store locator

The store locator on this site is supplied by a third party and lists shops we believe carry our products. Stock, opening hours and addresses change, and we cannot guarantee that a listed shop has what you are looking for. Please check with the shop before you travel.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to buy our products for anyone under 21.
• Try to interfere with the site, get around its security, or access parts of it

you are not meant to.

• Scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the site by automated means.
• Place orders in bad faith, or use someone else's payment details without

their permission.

Our content

The White Rabbit name and logo, our product names, photographs, artwork and the text of this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share pages from this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use our brand or content in any other way without our written permission.

Other sites and services

This site links to and relies on services run by other companies, including our online store's checkout, the store locator, and our social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

No warranties

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
